Nevada, Iowa | Ok, hopefully got your attention, lol. It's my understanding that roasting/smoking jalapenos in a smokers will create a chipotle flavor. I have an electric smoker and was wanting to try this. I guess my main questions would be how long to smoke them before basically dehydrating them with heat and what would be the best way to grind them fine as a pepper or chili powder consistency? Anyone here have any experience or tips on doing this procedure that they might like to share? Thanks | |
