I believe there is a cheaper option from the factory on advanced power cast tailboards now that doesn't include the overshot beater.
I think my salesman mentioned it when I ordered my 2024 780. I wanted to get it to help spread soybean residue a full...even 40'. He talked me out of it because he was afraid my corn acres would be hard on it.
