That looks like the relay except ours is a GROTE. Put new one in & still turn signals / 4 ways didn't work. That when I checked power where the relay plugs in with a tester & no power. Had turn signal on when checked & also tried with 4 ways on. That's why I figure it's a bad fuse or breaker but can't find it in the fuse block. Started checking fuses 1 by 1 with tester
