Southeast Nebraska | Sorry I don’t have a diagram but I do have a WCA of the same year and I was thinking there was something funky about that circuit at least on mine, I don’t recall but possibly the terminals at the flasher aren’t powered unless the 4 ways or blinker is on via the switch on the side of the column. I will say the last flasher relay I replaced I replaced with same that was in there, it was mechanical, fairly large and expensive and basically didn’t work from moment one.
