Subject: Retrofitting an Ag Leader yield monitor system

Looking to get into yield mapping this fall with my 1660. The machine has an old AFS black box system that I have never run, but does turn on. I bought a PF3000 setup and adapter cable and was planning on running that. However I have an Ag Leader Versa and 6500 globe I’m using to steer my tractor. For the sake of user interface, better GPS, and data transfer, what all would be required to run the Versa to yield map? I can follow the ag leader knowledge base for the necessary parts (unfortunately they don’t show part numbers), but I am wondering if I can use my current impact sensor, moisture sensor, and other hard parts from the old AFS system, and just need a few modules and harnesses? Perhaps the PF3000 is everything I need and going the versa route isn’t worth the extra work. Any help is appreciated!
