NW IL | That outback receiver in picture is made by hemisphere (A222). Hemisphere is also the oem supplier for the 500S. You should be able to install a 500s raven on that outback system. I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work
On the bottom of the gps receiver, when turned on there is a light that will flash . Thatnwould be the first thing I check: is the receiver getting powered on?
I would give outback support a call first and have them help troubleshoot the problem. You don’t want to buy a replacement gps only to find out you really only needed a new cable.
