| Having issues going to online mode from offline in FieldAlytics Mobile app. It will start the “initializing” then show “Updating %”, then “pending”, after about 5-10 seconds it kicks out and says failed. I’m on good stable internet.
I have:
-updated the app
-updated iOS
-deleted the app and reinstalled
-contacted FieldAlytics support, they can’t replicate it, and don’t seemed to have any ideas or advice.
Anyone else have this issue? | |
