The UC5 sensors are notorious for heat related failures. I believe you can look at the sensor serial numbers and determine if they fall into an older "bad" batch. Call your local Norac rep for more info. They will need to be replaced.
Edit: I think any sensors with serial numbers below 93750 are prone to heat failure.
