It has a PWM valve and does not bypass. The amount left is the tank when it should be empty makes sense with the value from the flow meter. It was replaced a few years ago. It is getting a speed signal from our steering GPS. We did notice high voltage on the sprayer but now that we have that corrected the rate is still wrong.
