| Our Patriot XL sprayer is underapplying by ~10%. The Dickey-John Land Manager rate controller used to be so accurate I never bothered to watch it, but I would say that it used to be within 2%. The flow meter appears to be showing accurately. We sent the valve motor in for diagnostics but it came back fine. The controller is getting a GPS signal. What is strange is that it does not alarm even though the valve should be all the way open. At the beginning of the season we did have some plugged filters but that is resolved now. Could it be a wiring issue? | |
