SEQ, Australia | RTK accuracy is specified at 2.5cm+/- within 10km of the base usually, but you've definitly gone the extra mile to get it to 1/4in. The Pro700 generates the consecutive passes differently to the FMX/FM1000 displays - the AB0 will generally always be the same, but every consecutive pass gets further out of alignment due to differences between manufacturers in how many decimal places they go to in the measurements, so you have to be careful comparing the two systems. Roll cals are usually very consistent once set correctly, so I agree with others here that this would be a Nav related issue, but to be sure i would try and set/check the roll call on autonomous (usually should be within 2inches or so on a quick up & back) just to make sure that the RTK corrections aren't causing any problems either, and that there is no Left/Right offset in the implement settings either. Also, are you checking the tractor tyres only or are you only measuring up the beds? The implement could have a physical offset in it that you will not be able to detect by doing a roll cal. | |
