I have several Pro 700 systems and two Trimble systems.  You went backwards when you went to the Pro 700 for guidance in terms of setup and management but it should still drive fine for you.  The problem you are describing sounds more like a NAV problem and not a Pro 700 problem.  I would consider having Ag  Express check it out and fix any problems.
