Kiukainen, Finland		You will have to turn on RTCM message 1006 on Mosaic X5.
1006 Stationary RTK Reference Station ARP plus the Antenna Heigh
If rover does not know where the base is RTK FIX does not happen!

Also it is not recommended to mix mix legacy 1004 GPS, 1012 GLONASS messages with MSM messages 1074 and 1084. However a lot of private bases do that,
