I've wondered about this for years, I have a PTO pump for the planter (Cyclo), should I keep it at max PTO or is it OK to exceed it?   Pump is on a Pump Doctor, so it's not flopping on the end of the shaft.   Fan is never run at max so no danger of over speeding it.
