Left boom quit going down. We replaced the block with 2 solenoids that controls it. On right and left boom we get 10.5 volts pos and .4 neg when engaging the appropriate button except for left boom down we are getting 10.5 pos and 10.5 neg when hitting the button down. Any ideas on cause?
