Subject: Field prep work before planting

Were in central nebraska and we are starting to get pivots on our ground was wondering what you guys do for prep work.

What we do is a lot of ridge till because we have gravity irrigation in a lot of areas and we go through with a besler stalk chopper and it' does a fantastic job for that, then on our pivots we disk everything the problem is with the disking we are on some pretty big hills so if its a hard rain it washes valleys and ditches in the field.

Was thinking about a turbo tiller or something along those lines, not a believer in no till on the corn ground the yield is not there when we do that in this area. Bean ground we just slot it right in
