Yes there is some that regrows in the fall aa strip . I think about that at the time , but gave had the past experience that the rye roots will grow and reach the N band , and it’s off to the races and list N . I’ve tried letting the rye grow later ( did last yr) and it bit me , in lower yields . I even handed 32 with the planter 2x0
