America. | Guess I'll be the odd man out. No, a land owner does not have the right to enter property or have another agent, in this case a soul sampler, to enter property under a lease to another individual without consent of that individual. Technically it would be considered trespassing at that point though that party was the legal owner. Now any tenant willing to go that far to keep owner off ground has something to hide and needs to be off ground asap. Furthermore, if a tenant is not willing to share current soil sample data with the land owner, I'd reevaluate the relationship as well. | |
