Coles County, Illinois
How about upping the GPA but leave the nozzles the same and slow down to spray this field. I also have a field that is two triangles at 6 acres. Instead of pulling into the field with a 23 Knife NH3 applicator I load up 32 percent in the sprayer. I don't have the nozzles to spray 50-60 GPA so I spray it twice. Where I had to lap the first time don't get sprayed the second time or as best as I can. With 32 needing so much more pressure I run at 1/2 speed with nozzles I normally use at 15 GPA.
