| I like having the p and k banded close to the roots so I would definitely put it on with the planter. Your N rec seems very high based upon the soils I farm. Due to your fairly low CEC, I would want more N on later in the season. Your soil will struggle to hold all the N if applied all up front.
If it were my farm here, I would put on 40-45-40 and a little Zinc with the planter and then Sidedress the rest of the N. I would only Sidedress 80 pounds of N and some of it would be in the form of AMS such that I would get 20 pounds of Sulfur.
Note: where I farm our Recs are expressed in pounds of actual nutrients not P2O5 and K2O so you need to convert it.
