Subject: RE: Deere Passive Implement Guidance

West Central MN
No, it behaves like the tractor has SF1. Pass to pass repeatability is +/- 6". Let's say the guess row is 3" too wide. Make a small incremental 0.5" adjustment of the implement offset to close the gap and the next test of the same planter side guess row is now 9" too wide.

Got so fed up with it just turned IG off on the display and with SF-RTK on the tractor guiding it planted straight as an arrow with zero random width guess rows like experienced with planter steer.

Beginning to think the 7500 on the planter has a bad TCM or something. Will finish planting tomorrow afternoon so the plan is to have the dealer tech take a look at it after planting busy season is over.
