Subject: isx fuel pump gear

why have a fine tooth 43 tooth gear
and a 38 tooth courser tooth gear

like 3/8 of an inch larger with the 43 tooth !!!!

had the high pressure pump needing changed and the gear
on the replacement was 1/4 inch bigger

the "bean counters" at work again
