Mendota illinois | I believe that that valve is used once you lower the planter down, you shut the valve that locks the wing wheels in the up position. Then you can raise a planner for transport. After unfolding it you do the exact opposite once you’re in the field you lower the planter down, open the valve up and then raise the planet. It should all raise the same time. You may have to bleed the system by taking the stops off the master cylinder.
