Colfax Indiana | Trying to help a neighbor with new to him planter. It has a 2 position valve on rear of center frame between the center 2 row units. It is a black valve with a plant position and transport position. Valve doesn’t act right. But none of us has been around this type of planter. Familiar with most of the other. We are not getting planter to lift right after we folded it out. Only lifts the main frame wheels and not the wing wheels. Anyone familiar with that 2 position valve ?
