SW OH | I've got the 4th bottle calf in 2 years in my back yard. Same situation, cow wanted nothing to do with the calf. We gave up trying so my wife feeds it with a bottle. Everyone will tell you to get rid of the cow, she will never take a calf. This calf in my yard now is the 6th calf to come from a second calf cow that rejected thier first in 4 years. The first 5 took thier second calf just like a cow should. So for me that's an 83% success rate, and my wife likes taking care of a calf in the backyard every now and then.
