perryton, tx | My cows still have access to Milo stalks and I noticed they’ve been out there on the stalks a fair amount still even with the grass greening up. I didn’t think they would eat mustards that are coming on in the stalks but they are going from plant to plant and consuming each one. It seems like I read once upon a time that mustard species are toxic to cattle but I’m not sure.
