Subject: RE: Gen 3 20/20 gps problem.

Hennepin, IL
Since no one else is much help, it looks like at least the planter icon, if not the whole thing is dog-tracking. First thing I'd do is zero the gyro in the PDM and see what that does. If the offset number doesn't change or doesn't change much, that probably wasn't it, but worth trying to see if it helped. After that it's likely something to do with the steering system outputting a heading thats off. Could be a bad autosense or bad gyro in the NAV or a bad cal. If the steering is working fine, there's a possible work around in the 20/20, but don't remember where it is in the Gen 3. Just did it in a Gen 2 for a slightly different problem and the button pushes are setup-systems-display-advanced setup-bad GPS corrections. Once there, there's a button labeled heading and you can toggle between calc and gps. Hopefully if you find that, it's set on gps and you can switch to calc. If it's set to calc, try gps and see if its better. In the meantime I'll see if I can find where that setting is in the Gen 3 for sure.
