I have heard of this from others before.
I have several systems like this running Trimble guidance with Center point RTX and some MN cors RTK and have no issues. The ones that do have issues run exactly your setup. Maybe try demoing RTX for a day and see if it fixes your issue and if it does go that route for the year.
Gen 3 20/20 gps problem.
