I've heard that and I've also heard that it is just an old wives tale. Definitely wondering on that one, but if that's the case it seems odd that the yearlings are dropping so many twins. They were on the same clover all fall until a couple days before the ram was turned out when I weaned them on a mostly grass paddock that has been stockpiled.
