| I don't have any particular reason to suspect the cattle due to weight loss, but they're not a closed herd. And yes, they're housed differently. Currently they alternate using the same dry lot, but I'm thinking about changing that so they have dedicated areas. I did have a previous flock of unregistered sheep and one tested positive. I sold them last fall and plan to let the fields they were on be fallow this year and not graze the new sheep on those fields (or let the cattle on them this year). | |
