Osage iowa | We run Deere 2210s from that time frame and really like them. The floating hitch with grocery cart wheels holds nice and constant, single point depth control and strong shanks. Strangely enough the 255 has all these features. I like how the tiger mates are split into more even sized wings, most deeres of that size have wide transport, big middle wings and tiny outer wings. If you look hard you can find the narrow transport with more tires but they are more expensive.
Edit. Found some pics that show the extra wheels and middle pic is the cheaper version.
