Any time you switch signal types, quality, or sources from any brand GPS you at least want to check for yourself if things moved. Some might, some might not depending on where you are, how the original data was recorded, how well the original was surveyed, and more. 

It's not that using a 7000 has moved anything. If you were using radio RTK, things wouldn't move no matter if it was a 3000, 6000, or 7000, or now 7500. 

But if you're changing signal sources like Digifarm to Deere, Radio to cell, radio to SF-RTK etc then you need to take care and pay attention. No matter the model of receiver used. 

And yes, JD has a tool for mRTK to SF-RTK and radio to SF if needed. If you're going from all one to all the other
