Its O.K., I have probably bought a package 2 or 3 times in 30 years!

From my "Great Sausage Recipes and Meat Curing" book by Rytek Kutas

Braunschweiger

Ingredients for 10 pounds

2 level tsp Prague Powder No. 1 (cure)

6 tbsp salt

5 tbsp granulated onion

1/4 tsp ground allspice

1 tbsp ground white pepper

2 tbsp powdered dextrose

1/4 tsp marjoram

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp ground sage

1/2 tsp ground cloves

1 tbsp ground mustard

1 pint ice water

4 1/2 lbs pork snouts

5 1/2 lbs pork livers

Won't go into the grinding stuffing stuff.

But thats what's in this recipe
