Harristown, IL | Read above recipes, head to kitchen, find you don't have all the stuff to make one, so use parts of all 3 and add a few more things.
peel and slice your last few cucumbers(about 5). Spread in pan and sprinkle with salt on each layer let stand. At least 15 min.
Mix in 3L bowl
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
3-4 Tbs Ranch salad dressing mix
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dill
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Using food processor:
1/4 onion
1/2 a green pepper (save other 1/2 for later) ((AR Plowboy's work best))
1 hot pepper, cut in 1/2 and take the seeds out. (AR Plowboy's work best)
Chop lightly and mix in bowl with dressing. (might want to chop hot pepper 1st so it is finer)
Finley chop 1 med. Tomato, and mix in bowl.
Drain Cucumber, and mix in bowl.
Put bowl in frig. for at least 30 min. (longer would be better)
Clean up your mess and wash tools so Mrs. SMASH doesn't yell at me. (This might be the most important step)
Before serving cut up 1/2 the left over green pepper, and 1/4 some small tomato's. Garnish on top.
