Subject: Drying/stirring options for gravity bins?

Madison Co. Virginia
Just dreaming a little here -- For small-scale dairy, with no interest in row-cropping myself, could I buy corn and beans directly out of the field at harvesttime, and put them into gravity bins? Are there off-the-shelf options for stirring and forcing air through a gravity bin?

Any grinding, roasting, or pressing would happen on a frequent or continuous basis right out of the bin. This would theoretically be the least amount of handling and hassle for commodity grains, IF it's possible to dry down a crop in a gravity bin.
