I think the closest thing you would do is either a seeding or planting prescription, or a Planting crop plan (either are based on a boundary for the field). This would let you save a new branch in the tree that has the variety you planed, and the planting rate. it won't be exactly the same as your planting data, as in passes, but would be a way to get the information there.
