The one show I watched said throw salt into the boiling water before putting in the eggs. The salt is supposed to make the boiled eggs easy to peel.

LOL..makes what I'm eating seem more palatable if I can see good food being cooked, hence the cooking show when eating...  (long as I don't lookd down at my plate too much..)
