It is a Foodsaver brand. Can't remember the model. Walmart had them. It has a setting for wet foods and that is what I was using.

Heard about freezing quick first, but just wanted to save a step and some time. Wondered if it would help if I let the bag hang down so gravity was helping keep the moisture in the bottom of the bag. Didn't think about it when I was cleaning out the fridge after we got home with it.
