Which vacuum bagger do you have? The one we have has different settings for moist food vs. dry food. We use it to repackage meat we purchase. Walmart has been selling some pretty good pork chops in big lots so we break down the packages to four in a bag and that has always sealed real nice. We don't have any problem with it sucking too much juice out.
