He will probably have something right down your alley. They sell a ton of lease computers to big companies and take the old ones in on trade, they also have new ones that for what ever reason ended up as extras. We've always bought something that was just one step older than the latest and greatest and they have always been a lot cheaper.
They are really nice people to deal with, their mail line is Toshiba. The spread is so narrow between laptops and desktops that unless you are going to leave a machine on 24/7 and use it as a server the laptop is so much handier.
I can't speak to warranty on used machines because it varies, but you can't compare apples to apples with Toshiba's in the big box stores. They all have one year warranty and what sells through the CTI carries a 3 year warranty, no questions asked. | |
