High Springs, Florida | Last night, fired up the smoker to do a pork tenderloin. Checked the smoker about half hour after firing it up and it was too hot for the tenderloin, so I thought, I wonder what a "smoked pizza" would be like. So, we mixed up some pizza dough, and put on some left over spaghetti sauce, meatballs and mozerella. Made two small pies, put them on a pizza stone and into the smoker for 20 minutes. Other than the dough not being quite right, they turned out pretty darn good! | |
