Subject: RE: What about short-season varieties?

High Springs, Florida
Dawn, some of the early season varieties I have tried up in Ohio: Temptation, 68 Day SE Bicolor, Geronimo, 68 day SE Bicolor, Northern Extra Sweet 70 day SH2 (Nice ears, didn't seem that sweet to me, tough kernals). Harris has a couple of good ones, called Sweet Breeds. I have tried the Sweet Chorus, 67 day and Sweet Rhythm, 74 day. Both are not to bad. Sweet Rhythm is planted by quite a few Amish for 1st or second slot. Has a nice ear.
