Burlington, IA | I'm glad to see that they got a page started for the ladies, maybe something that should have been done sooner. I'm going to intrude once, and ask for some help. My Mom used to make wonderful salmon patties, fried, if I remember right. She passed on in 1990. I have been through all of her old recipes, and haven't been able to find a recipe for salmon patties anywhere. It may be something she did off the top of her head, I don't know. She was 72 at her passing, so she was old school. I haven't had much success when looking elsewhere, either. Maybe salmon patties aren't a very common thing, I don't know.
Would any of you wonderful ladies (or guys too, I guess) have a recipe for salmon patties that you would be willing to share? Fried, or maybe better yet, baked, broiled, or grilled? I would be forever in your debt. I haven't had a salmon patty in years.
