Not a lady and this did not come from me - but someone in the Ag Cafe - when talking about marriage.

"Never say anything in anger that you wouldn't say otherwise.  Those words can never be taken back." or something like that.  Anyway I think that is excellent advice - it would take a special kind of person to have the control to live like that - but if you could - it would make a world of difference.
