SEIL | Congratulations! Coming from an ag background she will find her "nitch" on your farm. Introduce her to all aspects of your operation, which will take time, and let her decide what she would be most comfortable doing. "Just a corn and wheat farmer", I see tillage,cart driving, running the combine, hauling grain,running for parts, keeping seed to the planter, many things to be involved with depending on her desire and skill, AND keeping a house! You can make her feel appreciated just by thanking her for little things, ie making the bed, cooking dinner or whatever. Enjoy each other and have a good life! | |
