SOIL | I've run in situations like yours, had so many monitors in the cab it was a cobbled mess. I'm very tech savvy, and I was getting confused at times.
The way I see this without actually seeing your equipment, you could consider selling your planter or trading it in. It's new enough at 2023, it would fetch a good trade in as long as it's still in very good condition. It might be a bit late for 2024 to start anything at this point though unless you find a couple of good 1 year old machines.
Last year, when we bought a planter, we bought a tractor to match it. We needed another tractor anyway, so or worked out. No multiple displays, no running Case 700 for guidance, Deere controller for the row units and a Precision Planting monitor just for the down force. | |
