north-central Indiana west of Fulton | I will go against the grain here and say steel. You can not buy good wood post here. I’ve been tearing out all our fencing here lately…..10-15 year old wood post I put in are either questionable if they can be saved or rotted or dried out. Steel that were put in over 40 years ago , are almost like new except for paint. We built a high tensile fence using steel posts with electric fence fasteners for wires that are electrified. Worked good. |
