I'd go ahead & just print the hopeful 300 bu yield & run with it. No one ever checks back anyway. This is really great news for you. Hopefully it will help establish some cash rent bases in your area also.

If you're only losing 1000 ppa post planting, you'll probably hit the big yield also. Again, this makes interesting reading for those that set the markets.
