My pto shaft will sometimes turn on when you turn the switch on but most of the time will not.. When I get it turned on it will shut off when I wiggle the wires on the selenios harness!!!! When I test voltage at the harness I have .7 v.. what am I missing here to fix the problem? What voltage am I supposed to have at the harness
