His courtroom etiquette also leaves a lot to be desired. Just another slam to agriculture, he has a proven track record of this. At what time will our BLM pull their heads out of their southern regions and quit being beat up in court over procedural hiccups. Around 20 years ago a couple of ranchers and I sat in an informal meeting with BLM officials, we joking made comments about this judge. Well, those comments made it back to the FBI, we got listed for visits and interviews.
